the amount of gain/per amount of boost screw on my cartech seems to move/change after a few days, making my car run like crap all of the sudden.. I am about to locktite it where it goes... I was just wondering if other people have this problem, or are there any other fixes?

Yep. I've this problem as well. Also the static FP on mine also change day to day. Just wondering on how to go about fixing this. I'm sure it's not the adjustment screw as I have that sucker on really tight.
I thought it may have something to do with the weather???
Anyone????

Mine is also "sticky" at low pressures.
For example, with 0" vacuum set at 30psi, once I boost up to max the FP will only come down to 35psi at IDLE! Then it takes some time to relax again.
I'm thinking about rebuilding it and sanding the piston and cylinder that zip said had a poor finish.
Also, now I know why everyone else said the Cartech doesn't raise FP until 0" vacuum when it seemed to do that for me.
With 0"vacuum FP set at 45psi, it raises FP in vacuum. However, once it is lowered to 30psi at 0" vacuum, it no longer raises FP at all under vacuum.
I wonder if we're all running these things below their designed FP levels?

i installed mine the other day its way better then the jr one,the cars idle is much smoother and when i adjust the fuel pressure using the b&m guage its so easy to read now with the jr unit the needle would be all over the place,i removed the vac hose and set the fuel pressure at 60psi same as the jr one,the idle fuel pressure was 23psi with the jr unit now its 42psi and 60 at wot it used to be 90psi at wot.how do you know what to set the adjustment screw at.thanks to zip i sanded down the piston first.
